About DAN

Privacy Statement

Your privacy is important to us. It is DAN's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our services. It is far too common for us not to have control over our own data when it comes to diabetes care and we aim to not recreate that with the work DAN does.

We use many services that may have policies where information is retained on their servers. We will do our best to protect your data and privacy. The services we use are subject to various laws and regulations beyond our control. We use open source software whenever possible and, as we grow, hope to host more of our services ourselves, to provide better privacy.

Data Retention

It is DAN's goal not to collect or store any personal data that we do not need. DAN is operated by fallible humans. While we work hard to avoid it, mistakes and errors will happen. Our goal is to provide the best privacy we can and to work to resolve any mistakes and errors that occur.

At any time, for any reason (and you do not need to provide one), you can request that we delete any information we have for you. This applies to both those requesting or giving supplies. To request this, please email us: [email protected]
